The beginning of July finalized the initiation of works for the investment of South Korean Yura Corporation in Fier County.
Yura Corporation is present in 12 countries, with 60 producing factories that supply well-known automobile brands. The investment of Yura Corporation in our country reaches the value of 6.5 million Euros and will generate around 600 new job positions only in its first phase.
Mr. Lucas Nam, Yura Corporation CEO for Albania, stated that “Starting from October 2016 we recognized the extraordinary opportunities that Albania offers for the automotive industry, not only in infrastructure, but also through its low costs. Therefore, we decided to come to invest in Albania.” One of the structures of AIDA is the One Stop Shop sector, which handles all strategic projects, as well as examines the technical evaluations of investment projects.
